Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains which personal data Klarframe processes on this website and when you voluntarily start a demo, why we use it and which rights you have.

Updated: 18 August 2026

01

1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data is:

Klarframe
Carrer Primavera 8
07010 Palma, Spanien
info@klarframe.com

02

2. Why we process data

  • Providing, securing and technically operating the website and its demos.
  • Handling messages, contact requests, meeting requests and partner or order processes.
  • Measuring usage with privacy-oriented, non-advertising web analytics (Umami), where legally permitted.
  • Running demos that you start voluntarily, including voice, video and AI features. Depending on the feature, speech, audio, transcripts or inputs may be processed so it can respond.
  • Complying with legal obligations and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
03

3. Data that may be involved

Depending on how you use Klarframe, this may include your name, email address, company, message, meeting and order information, technical connection data (such as IP address, time, browser and requested resource), and content you voluntarily type or speak. Please do not enter special-category personal data or confidential credentials into public demos.

04

4. Legal bases

Depending on the situation, processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or contract), Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests, especially secure and reliable systems). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

05

5. Services and recipients

For hosting, email, analytics, voice and video demos and automation, carefully selected technical providers may process data on our behalf. The providers involved depend on the feature you open. We do not sell personal data for advertising. Transfers outside the EEA take place only where the legal requirements and appropriate safeguards are met. We can provide details for a specific demo on request. For internal follow-up, your request is additionally handed over to our self-operated automation platform (n8n, hosted in the EU).

06

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by law. It is then deleted or anonymised. The exact period can differ for a contact request, contract, security log or demo feature.

07

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object where the legal requirements are met. You can withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@klarframe.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

08

8. Security and cookies

We use technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website uses storage mechanisms that are necessary for core functions. Our analytics is configured for privacy-oriented measurement and does not create advertising profiles. We use the self-hosted, cookieless web analytics tool Umami (analytics.klarframe.com) and record page views and interaction events (e.g. scroll depth, demo openings) without creating personal profiles. We will update this information if the technology or a demo changes.

09

9. Updates

We may update this policy when website features, providers or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the applicable version.

This information describes the current website configuration. Customer projects, partner portals and individual processing arrangements may have additional agreements and notices.
