Every opportunity gets a score whose signals are visible one by one, such as the price per square metre against the local median or a price cut. Set up and choose a region
You create your company, choose the region and define your strategy with search profiles. This takes about ten minutes. EstatePulse reads the sources configured for your market, for example portals such as Idealista, Fotocasa and Milanuncios, agency sites, auctions and official notices.

Watch and merge
Every enabled source is read continuously, hourly to daily depending on the source. New listings, price changes and properties that disappear are tracked. When the same property appears on several sites, EstatePulse merges the entries, with a stated reason and the option to undo it.

Score opportunities
Each opportunity gets a score from several signals: time on the market, price per square metre against the local median, price cuts, matching buyer searches, fit to the profile and completeness. Every signal is visible on its own, and missing data is never estimated.

Draft and send
From the property data, the AI drafts a first message to the agent or owner, in your tone and in one of twelve languages. You describe changes in your own words. Messages are sent from your own mailbox via SMTP.

Data protection & AI transparency
EstatePulse processes listing data from the configured sources and the contacts you add yourself. Photos and descriptions are not copied; images stay with the source and are shown with a source reference. Before a message is drafted, a legal basis must be recorded for the contact, otherwise the system creates no draft. Anyone who objects is excluded before every draft and every send. The score combines several signals: how long the listing has been on the market, price per square metre against the local median, size and timing of a price cut, number of matching buyer searches, fit to your profile and completeness of the listing. Every signal is visible on its own. Where data is missing, nothing is estimated.
How does the outreach work?
From the property data, the AI drafts a message to the agent or owner, in your tone and in one of twelve languages. You can have it revised with a short instruction, and every version stays available to read. Without a recorded legal basis, no draft is created. Messages are sent from your own mailbox and sender address.
