Register and get activated
Operators register and confirm their email address. New accounts are activated after a review. The customer portal is then ready to use.

Create excursions and invite guides
In the portal you create excursions with title, description, meeting point, duration, capacity and your own sales price. You invite guides by email. Each guide gets their own login and starts their own tours.

Start the tour, guests join
Every tour has a QR code. Guests scan it, open the page in the browser and choose their language, with no account and no app. The guide speaks into the smartphone, and the language is detected automatically.

Translate live and review
Participants hear the translation live and read subtitles in their language. On long tours the translation channels renew automatically and the tour code stays the same. Package usage and past sessions are visible in the portal.

Data protection & AI transparency
For translation, the audio from the guide's microphone is sent to an AI service provider. Operators consent to this and can withdraw consent in the portal at any time. Guests need no account, and giving a name is optional. AI translation can contain errors. The guide should therefore repeat safety instructions personally, and guests should know that they are hearing an AI translation. Details are in the Mallorca Excursion Suite privacy policy.

How many target languages can run at the same time depends on the package you choose. Each guest picks their own language when joining.
What happens on long tours or when the package is used up?
Tours can run for any length of time. The translation channels renew automatically before a connection ends, with no audible gap and no new tour code. If a package's quota is used up, a running tour keeps going. You can see current usage in the portal at any time.
How is it billed, and how do I start?
Packages are based on usage, meaning language minutes and simultaneous target languages, regardless of the number of listeners. You request access at mallorca-class-excursions.klarframe.com. After you confirm your email address and a review, your account is activated. You then create your first excursions in the portal.
