How it works

Define meeting formats and languages
First, Klarframe works out with you which Zoom meetings need translation, whether presentations, webinars, training sessions or conversations, and which languages are required. German, English, Spanish and Italian are standard; further languages are available on request.

Set up your Zoom environment
Meeting Bridge is configured for your Zoom environment and tested together with you. This step also defines which mode is used for which format: presentation mode or conversation mode.

Participants choose their experience
In the meeting, each participant picks their target language and voice. Anyone who wants to can also listen to the original audio or follow the captions, whichever works best for them.

Data protection & AI transparency
Meeting Bridge runs in line with the GDPR and is hosted in the EU; a data processing agreement and documented data flows are part of the project. Whether audio or text is stored, and for how long, is agreed for the specific project. The translated audio is an AI-generated voice. In line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, participants should be informed that they are hearing an AI translation rather than a human interpreter.
